Essential to catalyse the darkness without over energising

Erica, my dear heart, I feel deeply for you. Trust me, I've been where you are a thousand times, seems like a zillion times. And the darkness seems still so entrenched, still so blinkered, still so unjust. And yes, I totally agree, catalysis is essential, we must have the courage to reflect the mirror, for it's a key way change will happen.
But what I've found through copious experience, is that if I harden and over energise my response, the darkness mutates and spirals into other forms, sucking in those around it. If however my response comes from the deep grace, buried within the pain, then it generally has a much more powerful effect - like a blade point, striking the target, and only the target, with the light of truth. Then trusting that it's had an effect, regrouping internally until the next exchange.
I find it always helps to contemplate 'why did I manifest it?' Maybe it encourages you to step out of the shadows and take a more visible stance. I'm fully supportive. ![]()
Much love always
