Hi Lyra - if you have experienced a walk-in I can greatly empathise with the challenges faced.

For me, although I knew it had happened, the key was all about integration and peeling off the old consciousness. In many ways that's exactly the same for all. And yes, as a walk-in, what I found was that it's those really deep physical and emotional layers that required the most attention and work. Watch the synchronicities becasue they will speak volumes.
