A couple of things that came up for people were anger and sadness. There's often anger and anxiety to do with the state of the world and what's going on. It's often seen as 'spiritually incorrect' to express anger. But if it's there and we bottle it up, it only leads to frustration and supression. This creates (spiritual) identity, leading to a false self. So amongst other things I take people deep into the pain of it, then to express it all in dance and music. This one really got the group moving big time. Eons of repression, surpression, anger and anxiety got released. Why don't you join in? Think of all the things that have 'pissed you off' over the year, put on your favourite vigorous music and let rip. Here's what did it for us... Afterwards there might be softness, sadness. That's entirely okay. Your emotions and how you feel is absolutely right. No need to hold back. Let it all flow. These emotions are not who you are, so why hold onto them? Why bottle them up? Let it flow through you and out. You'll be smiling again in no time...
