These insights are quite helpful. I can see myself slipping into a routine at times and intervention coming in through the blind spot. I have been overriding that with coffee and some vigorous yoga practices. Generally I feel pretty good especially in the morning but by afternoon it changes into stress, inertia and inactivity. So I have been wondering how to maintain homeostasis and consistent energy through out the day and thus follow the soul in every moment. I think free wheeling is also essential to mention to break the routine. Time to dig deeper!
