I do believe when you deeply explore it, you'll realise the complex illusion of choice - that life, as the soul, can flow when unhindered by the ego. But that does take some commitment and time to unwind. So in the meantime, there tends to be a mixture of both going on. You can switch to the flow of the soul, but then find yourself contracting into the various conditioned fitlters that create choice. No problem with that - we just need to work through them.

I find life is truly amazing when it's just simply flowing and clicking in.
