15/09/2026 Sedona Journal: Your Anchor

Our guests have all arrived here at our marvellous retreat centre, in one of the key locations that I know to be the Sedona Stargate - on one of the points, in a humble (under-the-radar) place called Cottonwood. There's 12 of us, and right from the start, there's a wonderful connection amongst the group - we got right down to exploring the nature of what the event is about.

It's abundantly clear: everyone is amidst powerful changes in the physical circumstances of their lives. No surprise, that's because the tectonic nature of our reality construct is cracking open and transforming strongly.

So how to approach these strong infusions of cosmic energy and the impact that's having on the planet?

The Sacred Ground of Being

The first part is to find your anchor in the storm. However, to be clear, this is not some rigid, fixed and closed-down kind of place. The anchor I'm speaking of is our Sacred Ground of Being, which is at the core of one's inner Torus - where the chakras connect into the singularity.

Sedona Stargate: Opening Portals by Openhand

If you've been involved with Openhand for some time, or following the work, you'll know all about this. However, to be clear, no matter how practised and travelled you are, no matter how much inner work, connecting into this anchor is a constantly required practice, because the felt sense of it keeps shifting and deepening as you deepen the inner work.

You're dropping through the identity layers and into the space that can truly harness these higher consciousness infusions.

Connecting to Your Felt Sense

Agnes in the Sedona Stargate

Every single day must begin this way, if we are to be successful in the Shift:

10-15 minutes of: breathing; feeling into the body; dropping back from any idea of routines or what the day is likely to bring. Instead, deepen progressively into the felt sense of you - get a clear feeling of what that's like, and work to anchor at least some aspect of your consciousness in that. It also helps to have some kind of reminder - a picture, a post it note, or some physical gift that the Universe provides. When you reflect on it during the day, if you're losing the Sacred Ground, then reflect on this reminder for a few moments and breathe yourself back into your deep inner felt sense.

It's a simple approach - but if done diligently, it sets you up for the day to receive in higher consciousness, and is utterly priceless.

For all those tuning in, today, I invite you to keep tuning into the felt sense of your Sacred Ground of Being - whether you get into triggering, stress, busyness or intensity. Keep working to drop into this place.

Do let me know how you get on with it.
