True Enlightenment: Face Triggers; Pass Through Eye of The Needle
🌌 The True Path of Enlightenment is not escape - it's a direct confrontation with reality
What if the situations that trigger you most are not obstacles to your awakening… but doorways into it? 🔥
The spiritual path is often misunderstood as detachment, avoidance, rising above the drama, or retreating into a peaceful inner space. But there is another way:
Meeting the Truth
⚡ Meet reality exactly as it is.
🪞 Face what triggers you.
🔥 Feel what arises without running from it.
🌀 Move directly into the contraction rather than avoiding it.
👁️ Pass through the “eye of the needle.”
🌌 Break through into the deeper reality beyond the conditioned self.
The breakthrough happens when we stop trying to escape the experiences that challenge us and instead consciously pass through them.
This isn't about becoming detached from life. It's about becoming so present to life that the layers of conditioning, fear, identification and resistance can no longer hold you.
The trigger becomes the teaching.
The contraction becomes the gateway.
The confrontation becomes the breakthrough. ✨
True enlightenment isn't somewhere “out there.” It is the recognition of what is already here — the deeper reality, the One, underlying every experience. 🌌
So when life presents you with the person, situation, emotion or circumstance that pushes your buttons…
Don't avoid it.
Don't immediately detach from it.
Don't run from it.
Don't simply drop it.
🔥 Meet it.
🔥 Feel it.
🔥 Pass through it.
That is where the doorway opens.
👁️ Through the eye of the needle — into freedom. Which is what's been expressed in this seminar snapshot...

I can share a wee reflection of this as I experienced it taking a tour through the country a few days ago. The experience lasted 3 seconds and the energy and opportunity to process it lasted all day. As we were traveling along a small branch from a tree brushed up along side the vehicle making everyone recoil from it. Instead of moving away I grabbed it with the intent of snapping it off so it doesnt hurt anyone. Instead of doing that something inside me said...what right do you have to do this?... In confusion I held onto the branch... to long . When I let go it created a whipping action. It was horrifying as I waited to hear yelps if it hit someone else. In those 3 seconds I touched the idea of what right do I have to break something so beautiful to avoid a precieved discomfort of others. The sense of rightness through my ego came forward and quickly vanished. By holding it too long I created a much worse situation. Thankfully no one was hurt and there were many other branches that brushed the vehicle, which I left alone and just watched as people reacted to it. I sat in that moment all day. I felt the sadness and attachment of a perceived good intention gone amuck and the concept of the manipulation of nature. How foolish I felt. To sit in it, feel it. It became a doorway into so many other parts of me. A kaleidoscope of pictures and feelings. 💜
Breaking beyond old value systems we contain within ⛓️💥

Hi Michele,
When we're self-reflecting like this, these 'little' experiences can become so powerful for our evolution - can't they?!
To me, 'breaking the branches' speaks of breaking old internal value systems within.
Here's the key that jumps out to me from what you share...
I felt the sadness and attachment of a perceived good intention gone amok
So was it an intention to do something that you did this? And when you reflect, where did the intention come from? Was it a program of 'always behaving that way'?
In the interrelated Flower of Life, it's impossible in advance to know what all the outcomes will be. But most importantly, what the opportunities will be for self-realisation and self-actualisation - that being the crucial underlying purpose of life itself.
So quite often, I observe that one becomes central to an event, which on the surface, may look triggering and negative. But actually it was the Universe 'stirring the pot' so some awakening could happen.
What we must learn to do is break past all intentionality, especially those of 'good intentions' by any spiritual ego - for this is just as limiting.
Instead, can I allow right expression and right action simply to emanate from the soul? Then to witness how the Universe is revealing something to all those around.
What do you make of that?

Thank you Open for the reflection. I have been sitting in your inquiry for a few hours. As always, it creates mayhem, as my brain and body go numb trying to find where this inquiry sits in me. It creates discomfort and irritation from the idea of another deeply rooted program in which I am unaware of and attached too. Blind spots. Old wounds that still hurt when you push on them. It seems to be beyond intent, it was just a reaction. Maybe one that is still driven to serve, protect with care and honor.... ego created from, and supported by, the program? The realization of the distortion and illusion creates waves of sadness and a sense of betrayal, which I have allowed myself to be with and in. I can see the impact of holding on to the old ways of being and I feel the fear of letting go of it. It seems the sword is still in my hand..... So much realization yet to come. 💜
