02/07/2025 Shift Update: Cracking the Simulation

I felt to augment this previous article on Absolution from the Simulation (above) by illuminating 7 key dangers of the Simulation and 7 key antidotes. They're something we've been working on recently in the Openhand work. Do ask me about them in commentary...

7 Dangers of the Simulation

1) Unconscious, repetitive daily routines, in which you're not fully present, self-witnessing and testing the rightness of flow. In addition, not taking ownership of the triggering circumstances that manifest. Projecting blame, means not working with the true causality - some internal attachment, resistance, fear or density

2) Low vibrational situations in the Matrix - being always clear to be centering in your sacred ground of being, so as to minimise what negative energies you take on. And in daily meditations, cleansing your field with breathwork and chakra attunements

3) Tall White synthetic entities adjusting your flow: be careful of taking soft and easy options, not truly coming from the soulful feeling

4) Relationships with friends and loved ones who are unconsciously going with the system - it's essential to set internal boundaries

5) Subtle disharmonious vibrations in one's field, where entities can hide: beware of low vibrational diet (meat and dairy for example), excess emf, screen time and social media

6) Spiritual mainstream work where there isn't full cleansing of the field, connection into the void of presence, and anchoring right down through the earth and into the galactic core. Many mainstream spiritual practices are the last line of defence to misdirect back into the simulation - either by making one's field susceptible to spurious vibrations or not grounded and therefore not fully occupying your own chakras

7) Amplifying soul frequencies that create the "Imposter of the Soul" syndrome - excessive impulses of particular rays (see the above article)

7 Antidotes to the Simulation

1) Absolution: understand what it actually means to be crossing through the 4D karmic "Red Sea", taking ownership of triggering circumstances, working through reactivity and attachment (see article above)

2) Daily meditations: Connecting into the Sacred Ground of Being; Cleansing Breathwork; chakra attunements; deep consciousness bodywork;

3) Diet: move to 100% plant-based. The fearful and exploitative energies of the meat & dairy industry cause subtle, dissonant internal vibrations that entities can hide within - "white noise" (explore Openhand's Conscious Cafe for tools, tips and advice)

4) Cold plunging/showering (regular saunas where possible): this helps bring full consciousness at a cellular level, whereby you're infusing into the lower densities of being

5) Conscious sleeping: being careful and mindful when going to sleep; protecting ones environment; cleansing and dowsing; consciously relaxing when going to sleep; minimising emf; ending screen time at least 30 minutes to 1hour before sleep

6) Creating protective crystal fields for your immediate environment. Obsidian is a great 'base layer' to help take away unwanted interferences, but must be regularly worked with, connecting into the toroidal vortex of the galactic core

7) Natural creativity and spontaneity help the soul flow and express freely, that circumvents or negates intervention.
