Activation of kundalini is often described as the rise of energy from the root chakra, clearing and cleansing, before reuniting with soul-consciousness flowing from the source and in through the crown. This free-flowing divine energy creates miracles and magic all around you, feels like interconnected joy of living, and unfolds a path of light under your very feet.

It's high time an understanding of the Human Merkabah and how it creates reality begins to ripple through human consciousness. The lower self becomes a chalice for the higher faculties to cascade in, but then how we co-create with the divine becomes the fascinating part. The Universe manifests from spiral dynamics and so too does the Merkabah. We're actually creating with the Toroidal Flower of Life. What does this mean in a practical sense?

Ultimately the Shift is about activating and embodying what the ancient mystics have called The Merkabah. We must not sleepwalk into each day, thinking it will be just like yesterday. As ascending people, we must seize the moment and call on the frequencies of the Star Beings to Lay down a path of divine light through our lives. Here's how.

The regular expression of gratitude is a powerful practice on the spiritual path, that can spur growth and self-actualisation. It can lead to the manifestation of more soul-reflective and harmonious landscapes around you. However, if done in the wrong way, it can lead to self-denial and derailment, where you can actually block karma needing to activate, or where you're not truly confronting reality the way it genuinely is.

You'd be forgiven for looking out in the world and seeing only the dark veils of intervention and control. You might pray at times for an easier journey and wonder why you ever incarnated here in these complex and confusing times. You might wonder when the planetary "Event" we're concluding to will wash it all away. But you'd also be missing the point of the shift. We manifested this spiritual gym. We were seeded for it. Dear Emergent Souls, yes it's complex out there in the Shift right now, yes the shadow continues its machinations, yes plenty around you are conditioned into the high-tech metaverse. Beyond the Feeling of Dark and Heavy

I feel truly blessed to be working with evolving people in this great shift of consciousness taking place. Our lives are being challenged in the most profound of ways, in our careers, relationships and general living circumstances. Of course, it will invoke fear: every reason why not to step forwards will arise, as you push the buttons of those around you. But this is not the time to hesitate.

Plenty are waking up and realising just how defunct society has become. The heart quickly yearns for a higher truth, a higher harmony. You realise it is already there in 5D. But how can you live it with so many others still in the collective coma? Here's where a shift in perception is necessary: you're becoming a bridge, with one foot on both banks. By integrating the diplomatic quality of the soul, the "Ray 4", you can find a way to harmonise with both realities.

Day by day the Old Paradigm is becoming increasingly shaky as the Grand Galactic Convergence steadily breaks it down. Some will close down in fear and anxiety, when actually there is everything to gain by opening up. The shift is a massive spur toward your spiritual greatness. I ask, what else of any real value is actually going on? Greatness is within us all.

These are highly challenging times on the planet in society. A great deal of ancient karmic density is being stirred up. It's so easy to get pulled into the various dramas, which then perpetuates that struggle in your life. It's important to witness the boulders, yes, BUT - then utterly crucial to focus on the path between them. The soul is working to unwind through the karmic density and create from a higher vibration. Then the clouds will clear and you'll shape a new, more harmonious landscape. This is how we can thrive in 2023.

A new paradigm is beckoning the soul and the planet shifts progressively into 5D. But this is no easy process, not something to sit back and let happen.
