Wow, Sherri,  your smoothie recipe sounds like a nutritional bomb. It happened that just yesterday arrived my ordered acai berry powder (a good antioxidant working as body anti-aging superfood) and super greens mix powder. And smoothies are my (nearly) every morning food loaded with nutritional ingredients to give the body some energy. I shall try your variation too as like changing the ingredients all the time. Just I never add an ice into smoothies as my body doesn't like too cold food and drinks, also the water in smoothie is not the favourite "ingredient".

I love both - blueberries and strawberries. While strawberries are harder to find organic here they are high in iron. Women have more tendency to iron deficiency than men because of their "moon cycles", so, strawberries are a delicious top up of iron for us 😊

Thank you for sharing 🙏

Hi Asya,

I grow only organically and this property has never had poisons on it for a decade at least.  I also have blueberries in the freezer.  There are 33 blueberry bushes on this property and I had moved all my strawberry barrels here, plus Jim had left hundreds of plants in a large bed in the big greenhouse.  I froze everything.

Wow Sherri - just looking at the ingredients that's a "serious" smoothie - it has something of everything!

My personal preference would be to swap the strawberries for blueberries as they're more de-ionising.

Awesome - can't wait to try it!

Thank you Open,

I've got loads of frozen blueberries too.  I was so fortunate to find most of the superfood powders at a really low price and tried them.  I read a Superfoods book at the library and knew I wanted some of those organic powders.  I ordered 2 of them online but they're a bit pricier there.  I really love them in smoothies!

So glad others like the recipe and hope everyone enjoys!
