Self-Realisation Music from Openhand Gatherings

I've been asked too many times about the wonderful music I play at Openhand Gatherings, so I thought to share some classic ones that often come up. Music has been a massive part of the Openhand journey - when I sit in the space with people, the tracks literally pick themselves by guidance from the ether. The have such power to break through and open up. So I'll gather a few together for you over time. Enjoy The Sun EmojiHeart

Sometimes we'll find life a hard teacher. It'll keep knocking you down. But that's where we discover tenacity, surrender, and the will to continue. It's a process of forging the soul. I came across the wonderful music from "The Last Samurai" by Hans Zimmer recently, and found it very connective at a deep soul level. In the Openhand Approach to Breakingthrough Karmic density, once you're really animating the karma, it's about recognising someone's pain and honouring that with them - holding them lovingly in it. "Superstar" by Jont. It takes you in, but then brings you through. I just love it....

I'll use whatever music speaks to me from the group flow - the field is working through constantly. Lately I've been drawn to the Vangelis music from the two Bladerunner films. I find them deeply moving and a degree haunting. Here's a favourite called "Mesa"...

When people are processing, it's essential to know that we're always held by the field, that one's pain of the past and any challenges are held in a loving embrace from the ether. For me, this song gets that across beautifully and has often featured at the events...

On a typical Openhand gathering, we'll apply ancient deep meditation practices to open out into the field. But then it's recognising that as soon as the soul starts to flow more strongly. It's going to pull on the layers of identity first. So music can be one means of exposing the layers of identity by feeling the surface layers of tightness. Here's a classic song that does that pretty well...
