Self-Realisation Music from Openhand Gatherings

I've been asked too many times about the wonderful music I play at Openhand Gatherings, so I thought to share some classic ones that often come up. Music has been a massive part of the Openhand journey - when I sit in the space with people, the tracks literally pick themselves by guidance from the ether. The have such power to break through and open up. So I'll gather a few together for you over time. Enjoy The Sun EmojiHeart

Ashana is a great favourite on the Openhand gatherings, especially when we take people journeying through the dimensions. Here's a great one that came to mind today called "Soulmerge". Take your time, kick off you shoes, breathe in, breathe out, expand...

Plenty of you ask me about the music "I" play on the Openhand gatherings - well they're always chosen in the moment by the hand of the divine. Here is a great favourite that somehow found it's way to me many years ago. Relax, kick your shoes off, sit bank and drink in the soul nurturing vibes of the divine...

Here's another tremendous one from Liquid Mind I've been playing at the Openhand workshops. Do yourself a favour, sit down, kick your shoes off, breathe deeply, and let this one carry you to higher dimensions!...

This track touched our hearts deeply on the recent DIVINICUS 19 course from Tina Malia - the Shores of Avalon. Avalon is often referred to as the area around Glastonbury, the heart chakra of the planet. But it's also the mystical term referring to the New Paradigm in higher densities.

Kick off your shoes, breathe deep, and let her sweet voice and alchemical chords sweep you up into higher vibrations...

People always ask me about the music that gets played at the Openhand workshops. I always tell them they just pick themselves!

Deuter often appears. Here's a latest favourite from "Bamboo Forest", called "Endless Horizon". Take a moment, kick off your shoes, ahh yesss...

Continuing in the theme of self-realisation music from the Openhand gatherings, here's one that often features and did so on our recent La Palma retreat... "Starchild" by Bliss. Take a few moments, breathe, pause and let it soften you deep into the heart...

We're having a fantastic time on the Exeter Paradigm Shift Gathering right now. Plenty of deep discoveries, it's always profoundly beautiful to behold. I have some new music for the meditations by Deuter, an Openhand favourite. Take a bit of time, put your headphones on, breathe, sit back and relax...

In the Openhand work, we're looking to get deep through the layers that block from the authenticity of the moment, to touch the profound sense of soul. I find combining these heart felt feelings whilst deep in meditation really stir the authentic sense of self, and the soul unfurls its wings. It melts people deep into interconnectivity with the Universe. Here's a track by Sarah Maclachlan that does just that, "In the Arms of the Angel", from the film "City of Angels"...

thanks Open ,

Thanks to the Openhand gatherings /workshops / retreats  i attended since 2014 , i came to discover the Magical alchemy of Coldplay's music . Since than , the flow brought me to a few of their albums and i can't stop loving their music & dance on it . What a gift !!! 💚

Coldplay frequently feature in the Openhand course work and gatherings, because of the tremendous energy their music tends to create, and the sense of freedom this unleashes - the permission just to be you. Check this one out...

Deuter, "Garden of the Gods', is a deeply intriguing composition, which I find can touch deep within the soul during meditation - hence our frequent use of it in the Openhand gatherings. Take a few moments, pause, soften and let the flow of the music take you deeper...

The song is from The album "Gold" by Lex Van Someren - an Openhand favourite!

It might be on this playlist....

Open Thumbs Up Sign

Yes Marije - "Into the West" is an classic from the Openhand workshops Thumbs Up Sign

We're also working through the ether with the angelic realm. When you're processing in the density, what better than "All Angels" to summon that heavenly vibe of support. Take a moment. Breathe, relax, and just feel those heavenly vibes gathering around you...

I am certainly connected to this vibe. I am currently watching LOTR in parts over the last few days with my ten year old . The beautiful movie works in so many layers . Thanks for this one !

Sometimes we'll find life a hard teacher. It'll keep knocking you down. But that's where we discover tenacity, surrender, and the will to continue. It's a process of forging the soul. I came across the wonderful music from "The Last Samurai" by Hans Zimmer recently, and found it very connective at a deep soul level. There's a sadness to it, but also great sense of surrender to what ever comes. And with that, is forged great humility but also tenacity. Here's a clip from the film, but do pay attention also to the great music. It's an epic, and sure to feature in the Openhand work to come...

In the Openhand Approach to Breakingthrough Karmic density, once you're really animating the karma, it's about recognising someone's pain and honouring that with them - holding them lovingly in it. When someone recgonises your pain and says, "it's okay to be feeling that", it gives you permission to go deep into it. Here's a great song that expresses that which we've been using on the Tour.... "Superstar" by Jont. It takes you in, but then brings you through. I just love it....

Once we're breaking through the surface layers of identity, then we can 'agitate' the layers of karma. It's a gentle but direct stimulation to resonate the burried fragments of soul. I'll use whatever music speaks to me from the group flow - the field is working through constantly. Lately I've been drawn to the Vangelis music from the two Bladerunner films. I find them deeply moving and a degree haunting. Here's a favourite called "Mesa"...

When people are processing, it's essential to know that we're always held by the field, that one's pain of the past and any challenges are held in a loving embrace from the ether. For me, this song gets that across beautifully and has often featured at the events...

On a typical Openhand gathering, we'll apply ancient deep meditation practices to open out into the field. But then it's recognising that as soon as the soul starts to flow more strongly. It's going to pull on the layers of identity first. So music can be one means of exposing the layers of identity by feeling the surface layers of tightness. Here's a classic song that does that pretty well...
