I've been asked too many times about the wonderful music I play at Openhand Gatherings, so I thought to share some classic ones that often come up. Music has been a massive part of the Openhand journey - when I sit in the space with people, the tracks literally pick themselves by guidance from the ether. On a typical Openhand gathering, we'll apply ancient deep meditation practices to open out into the field. But then it's recognising that as soon as the soul starts to flow more strongly. It's going to pull on the layers of identity first. So music can be one means of exposing the layers of identity by feeling the surface layers of tightness.
