Great article Rich...thank you. While I regularly enjoyed contemplating my own death and reading all I can about death and dying and what's next...recently it's become a focus of attention. I am in the process of completing hospice volunteer training and I'm excited to be part of a new hospice opening here in Halifax. I often make reference to the fact that if we paid attention to the impermanence of life we would live more fully and authentically. Great to share such an important focus of attention. Thank you.
