Reset Your Life in 3 Days: Protocols For the Shift
From time to time, it's utterly essential on the path to take time out for a 'reset'. It could be because you've been through an intense period in the Matrix and slipped off the path somewhat; or because you've been through strong internal growth and it's time to clear the space for a new beingness to come through. Either way, taking some focused time to adjust life practices such as diet and meditation, is a great way to recharge and realign. This reset can be done in just 3 days. Join me in. I'll share insight in how best to do it.
The 3 Day Reset
I'll be sharing insights, such as in diet and meditation, all week, with the main body of the points of focus in these first two days, so you can ready yourself to join in.
You don't have to take time off work to do this. I'll explore with you how you can incorporate the suggestions into your daily living and work routine as well.
The reset is a means by which we 'wipe the slate clean' of old habits and behaviourisms we know have slipped into our lives (too much screen time perhaps) and we want to put them back in check.
A reset in 3 days can work provided we're completely focussed and committed to it - because 3 days is then sufficient to break open the neural pathays and loops that have created the distorted behaviours.
I suggest you review the body of this work before commencing - that could be at the end of the week or next week.
It's a powerful way to reset your pathway forward.
6 Key Points of Focus
The 6 key points of focus we'll be exploring are:
1) Meditation
2) Fasting & Detox
3) Diet & Supplements
4) Deep Consciousness Bodywork
5) Vibration, Nature, Living on Light
6) Breakthough.
Ceremonial
Work to make the Reset as divinely ceremonial as possible. Here I am out on the Isle of Man at the Viking burial long boat calling in Odin for some extra strength and discipline...

26/08/2026 3-Day Reset Insight: Diet
So what might be the likely diet be for our OMAD 3-Day Reset? I've been doing OMAD (one meal a day) and OMID (in the 'desert') for around 7 years (and vegan for 22 years), so I've worked hard on all the ins and outs of it. The key is to ensure you're getting the right balance of nutrients. And, in order to maintain 23 hours fasting in a given day, I've perfected both eating and preparing as I go along within 1 hour. Seems a tall order, but I can assure you it does work!
So let's get into it. Here's a demo from my lunch yesterday - I eat my one meal at 12 noon.
OMAD Diet
It begins with a short ceremony. Here I am at the ancient Viking settlement of Peel, greeting the elders...

Preparing the Gut
If you've been eating junk at times in your diet and animal proteins still, it's always good to begin with a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinger in a small amount of water. It eases digestion, and begins to alkalise the gut - which is where you want to be.
Fast-Digesting Fruit as You Prepare
Fruit is highly important to the diet to hydrate, alkalise and bring essential nutrients to the body quickly. This is done better on an empty stomach, so as I start to prepare the main course, I'll eat some Blueberries (which dispense with cancer-generating free radicals), grapes and chopped pear (the later two are very alkalising).
Fruits such as these, apples and others can digest in around 15 minutes (bananas take longer). Hence they're already digested by the time you consume the main meal.
After the fruit, with a 10 minute pause, I'll also eat a handful of mixed nuts and dried fruits: almonds, walnuts, brazils, cranberries and goji berries (or put them on top of the main meal). PS - the nuts listed are especially necessary for trace elemenst such as selenium, which supports the metabolism, defends against infection and for DNA repair, for example.
Gut Microbiotics
It's no use having great ingredients in your meal if the body can't assimilate the nutrients - especially where the gut microbiotoics and stomach lining have been damaged through junk food and excessive acidification. By healing the gut microbiotics, you'll also find that you're not craving food at other times during the fast - because you've already assimilated the nutrients you need - you're not needing to 'fill up' with junk!
So, just prior to the main course, I'm a great fan of Sauerkraut. Which is made from finely fermented cabbage. But if you're buying it from a shop, be sure to get only that which has been fermented in water, not vinegar - this is essential (Sauerkraut is easy to make, by the way).
This is my shot, with spirulina mixed in, to give it that extra boost. My gut microbiotics are already jumping with joy!!

PS: If the gut lining has been very damaged, you'll likely be having digestion problems, which could result in ulcers and all manner of conditions - low blood sugar and high blood pressure, for example. So to aid healing, explore acidiophilus. Kombucha is also another favourite in this regard, but I prefer not to go with that generally, due to the caffeine ingredient.
Main Meal
So here's the main meal. There are two parts - here's the first, "Volcanic Salad"...
- I've started with a bed of sprouted broccoli (it has massive health benefits and nutrients - do the research).
- Sliced or chopped celery (tremendously good for roughage and alkalisation).
- Chopped Kale (one nature's superfoods and a distinct favourite).
- Chopped, sliced or grated carrot.
- Grated Beetroot (excellent for cleansing the cells of waste and a detox must).
- Pitted olives with garlic (great for essential fats and the galic helps clear parasites).
- Protein: In this case chickpeas, or else beans, lentils or tempei & tofu (ideally not soya based, but I sometimes have to compromise).
- Grain: The salad tends to go on a bed of lightly cooked grain. My favourites are quinoa and millet (staple diets in the Himalayas) because they're protein dense and digest more quickly. But I will go with rice noodles, and also pasta (gluten free).
- Carbs: this meal is mainly based on proteins and fats (look up the Keto diet), but I find carbs are also essential for proper brain and muscle functioning. So a few times a week, I'll eat potatoes with the meal (sweet potatoes are the best) or pasta (gluten free).
- Electrolyte Himalayan Pink Salt: I'll sprinkle this on top, which is essential to support electrolyte balance and proper synapse funtioning.
Here's the volcanic salad (before the dressing cosmic boost)...

Nutri Pate: The Rocket Booster!
The main food is far from the end of the story. This is where my 'nutri pate', the 'Rocket Booster' of essential suplements comes in.
- Take half a ripe avocado, a table spoon of tahini, 200 mils of water, a table spoon of apple cider vinegar and a spash of shoyu/ammino acids. Smash and blend it altogether to get a runny paste
- Add a spoon of Maca (to ease fatigue and for hormonal balance, both men and women - great for the menopause!)
- Table spoon of hemp powder - for additional protein
- Ground seeds including sunflower seeds and especially pumpkin seeds (good for omega 3 and 6 - great for joints)
- Yeast flakes for B3 and B12 (non fermenting kind - essential)
- Ground oats (great for muscle strength and energy transmission through the muscles)
- Tumeric with a dash of pepper (eases inflamation and aids joint healing - the dash of pepper is necessary for it to assimilate)
- At times, I'll break a capsule of multi B vitamins into it (especially B5 and B12). These are essential for good vegan body functioning.
PS - the list is not exhaustive. Always check in with the body for any additional nutrients it might need.
I then mix up the pate and scoop it on top of the volcanic salad...

Until you've tasted it, it's hard to imagine just how fulfilling and enriching this 'salad' is!
A Note on Raw
I suggest generally a high raw content with OMAD - because it tends to retain critical enzymes in tact, which tend to be destroyed in cooking. At times on my journey I have been 100% raw for this reason - try it, I've found the energy booster to the system is off the scale.
Some people do struggle to digest only raw, though. And in colder climates or cold times, it feels good to have warming food. So to replace the Volcanic sald above, try steamed veg such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, parsnip, mushrooms, onion and others. When I do this, I still add the Nutri Pate Rocket Booster, but warmed up on top of the steamed veg.
A Note on Electrolytes and Processed Oils
An essential ingredient to healthy and fully active living, with fast synapses, are crucial electrolytes, which often get overlooked. So each day I'll begin with a blend of electrolytes dissolved in water. That must include: Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium and Zinc (amongst others). Highly processed and supermarket food has been so denduded of essentials, especially in recent times.
The elecrolyte mix is a great way to get one's system going quickly at the start of the day, And since they have no calorific value, they don't break the fast!
With regards processed oils, personally, I avoid them completely. I find they actually slow the brain synapses down. In the OMAD diet described above, I find I get all the natural oils I need from the ground seeds, nuts, avocado and olives.
Vegan Chocolate Desert
I find some sweet soul food essential to complete with. But make sure it's an easily digestable one, especially after what you've just consumed. Here's an excellent brand I've come across with minimal ingredients other than cacao and coconut butter with almond and crispy quinoa (yum!)...

PS: Definitely no soy, palm oil, nor gluten and with minimalised processed sugar.
Blessing to the Universe
This is about making our lives sacred, honouring the Earth, other sentient life, and giving back the love that went into making the meal So I always gift a small portion back to the Universe with a grateful blessing. The seagul loved this one - nevermind the cast away fish and chips from the local chippy!...

PS: If you doubt the power of the blessing try this - set a small plate aside with your meal and put a spoonful of it on the plate. Bless the portion to your guides and to the Universe. Now, when you've eaten the meal, taste the food on the blessing plate. You'll likely see it has changed composition - the energy has been assimilated by the field!
Postprandial Nap
Afterwards, I find a short postprandial nap is essential to let it all digest. In about 20 minutes, I'm raring to go!

Do tell me your thoughts and ask any queries you might have.
Let me know how you get on.
Love and fulfilled blessings to all!

3-Day Reset Evening 'Meal' ☕️

You might struggle with eating only one meal a day. Although I maintain that if you get the right nutrients and you've healed the digestive system (especially the gut microbiotics) then you come to feel well sustained throughout the day.
However, if you feel you must have a snack in the day, make it within the six hour window so that you're still intermittent fasting. For this, a suggestion is sliced apples with tahini. Or majool dates with tahini (the tahini is filled with protein, digests quickly and fills you up).
But before you resort to the snack, consider this possibility: The "Cosmic Tea"...
Personally I've replaced the evening meal with a mineral rich tea concoction, "Cosmic Tea": Rooibos tea (packed with antioxidents), Ashwaganda (stress relieving and great for sleep) with a small pellet of Shilagit (Himalayan mineral) dissolved into it.
Shilagit is a kind of tar substance, with the most miracilous minerals. I've healed serious bone, ligament and joint injuries over the time through consuming this. It's becoming more popular recently on the alternative health scene.
I've found this tea drink of Rooibos, Aswaganda and Shiagit is like a meal all unto itself! ☕️

Hi Open,
Can you elaborate abit on why you mention to definitely avoid soy? It is interesting to me because it has not been part of my diet at all until a few weeks ago, now I find I drink some soy milk almost every day. At this moment my body is asking for it so perhaps this will shine some light on an internal process.

Hi Dragonflower,
The general problem with soy these days is GMO - a lot are grown that way.
But it’s a great source of protein when not 👍

Some people will no doubt wonder: how can I possibly afford all these ingredients? Yes, at first it will be expensive.
However, if you stick to the fasting and intermittent fasting generally (especially OMAD) regularly, you’ll find your regular food bill goes down significantly. My food bill reduced by 50%!
Hence, I could easily afford the supplements.
The real question is, when you consider the destructive toxicity of society today, with the poison that masquerades as 'food'; how it destroys the body and consciousness - "How can you NOT afford it?!"

Reset Your Life: Incredible Power of Intermittent Fasting 🕊️

25/08/2026 Reset Update: Fasting
Today, as several are already alluding to, I want to address the incredible power of fasting to facilitate an internal Reset - not just of the body, but mind, emotions and soul consciousness too. But first, let me say my experience (from doing copious amounts of it) is that rather than do a fast every now and then (which is always still useful), I've built fasting into my regular life, principally through OMAD (one meal a day) which I've been doing now for around 7 years.
The problem with fasting just every now and then, is that the body gets too used to faminine and feast. A reset happens, but all too quickly the balance tends to shift right back - the beneficial effects aren't really that sustainable - other than doing the odd essential cleanse. But even with regards to that, I'd also say that cleanse and detox must also become a regular part of life, even, and especially, building it into your daily process. Especially now, where society is awash with toxicity, and where toxin masquerades as 'food'! So here, for our 3 Day reset, I'm advocating OMAD. Following which, I'd encourage at least regular intermittent fasting during the week - eating within a 6 hour time window.
Why is this so important? There are a myriad of benefits on all levels. But here are my top 6.
Top 6 Benefits of Intermittant Fasting and OMAD
- It gives the body time to rest from digestion so that it can break down worn out and diseased cells to elliminate them. It also gives the body space and energy to rebuild cells.
- It causes you to confront identification with the physical and emotional - you'll most likely react to hunger and the need for soft comfort. But by working into this triggering, you break down layers of identity consciousness and liberate soul though the being.
- The practice forges consciousness, by causing you to equalise with internal reactivity and karma that limit you to the physical being, and to break through.
- Due to the liberation of soul, it facilitates expansion of consciousness into multiple dimensions, and enables you to integrate the expansion into regular life.
- With correct nutririon, detox and balance, it makes the mental synapses faster, so that you can process much more multidimensional information through the physical.
- OMAD (plant based) generally helps to raise vibration.
NB: the physical benefits are clinically proven, the consciousness ones can only be experienced. I should also say some people get very challenged by fasting due to low blood sugar levels (which could well be caused in some cases by adrenal burn out and poor diet). That's why intermittent fasting is so powerful.
NBB: You'll possibly have to deal with negative side effects, at least in the beginning (which we can deal with through exchanges here), but in undertaking such fasting, you're doing so from your own inquiry and responsibility. 🙏
OMAD
OMAD is the practice of eating just once a day, within a 1 hour window. And by 'eating' in that window, I mean outside of it you do not consume any calorific value at all - you don't consume anything that generates insulin. Because it's by controlling the insulin release, that the body goes into "autophagy" - the process of breaking down worn out cells, unwanted bodily fat and the release of toxin. So outside of the 1 hour window, there's no consumption of juices or smoothies etc! Only water and herbal teas.
Dealing with the feeling of Hunger Pangs and the feeling of 'Starvation': I've dealt with this below (the feeling is actually your friend when reframed). Essentially, by confronting and equalising with these feelings you begin the process of autophagy, cleasing and consciousness expansion - it's about 'reframing' the experience. See: Dealing with Hunger Pangs
Nutrition: Clearly, with OMAD, it's absolutely essential to get the right balance of nutrition when consuming in a 1 hr window. But most definitely this can be done, including sufficient protein for muscle strength. In fact there are a myriad of fitness freaks and body builders on the internet extolling the great benefits of OMAD. However, since this is a complex and intricate issue, I'll dedicate a whole post (tomorrow) about recommended consumption. It does need careful research and preparation. We'll explore tomorrow.
Daily Lymph Node Cleansing
A crucial aspect many overlook in carrying out any cleanse or fast, is the essential requirement to cleanse the lymph nodes. Why so important? Because the toxic releases from the fasting get processed through the lymph system. If you don't cleanse the nodes, then the body stores the now concentrated toxin and reingests it! (It deposits as cellulite). Yes, and it's even more damaging.
How to cleanse the lymph nodes? Here are 4 ways:
- Soulmotion deep consciousness bodywork: those who've done this with me know that a crucial element of the practice is "kime" - it's the sudden squeezing of the body at the end of the movement with breath release (it comes from martial arts). The fully body squeezing causes lymph node release. The Openhand Bow supports this too, but in a lesser way.
- Cold showering, sauna and cold plunge: taking just a minute or so of cold showering at the end of you morning routine and allowing the body to shiver, helps cleanse the lymph system. I would recommend sauna and cold plunge around one a week to once a fortnight.
- Head stands: practice standing on your head once a day (against a wall or door in the beginning!). This is tremendous for clearing the lymph system during detox and fasting.
- Trampolining: this has become quite a modern craze with many reported health benefits, and definitely supporting the clearing of lymph nodes.
So definitely incorporate lymph node cleansing into your OMAD and intermittent fasting.
OMID Fasting
OMID - This is a suggestion for augmentation of OMAD. I call it: "One Meal a Day in the Desert", which personally, I undertake every week from Sunday afternoon through to Wednesday lunch time (when not working on Openhand events). I'm actually doing OMID as I write this now.
"In the Desert" means to conjure the sense that you are undertaking something profound and transcendent. You're incorporating meditation with daily transcendence to attain the sense that you're breaking through the illusion and into the dreamstate - the quantum field reality.

So the practice of OMID is all about building in meditation, ceremony and heart-felt intention that you're transcending the bounds of 'normalcy' - breaking free of the Simulation.
OMID also involves the release of potentially attaching entities through chakra attunement, toning and cleansing. So I offer this augmentation for your consideration too.
3 Day Reset:
Finally, because clearly a good deal of throught, inquiry and preparation for this 3 Day Reset are necessary, I'm encouraging people to take more time in the build up. I'll definitely be doing OMID fasting from this Sunday lunch time - beginning from 1pm UK time. Until I come 'out of the desert' on Wednesday lunch time (I usually break with a nice coffee ceremony!).
So if you wish to join me from 30th August to the 2nd of Sep, you'd be most welcome. 🙏
Tomorrow, I'll cover essential nutritional considerations for OMAD and OMID.
Also, it is absolutely fine to undertake simply intermittent fasting, by eating during a 6 hour window - I'll cover the meal intake of this too.

It feels fabulous to be doing this with you all. Such a great possibility for a quantum leap in consciousness!

3 Day Reset: Dealing with Hunger Pangs 😣
Comment
I see (Nikki) people are already dealing with hunger pangs - and we haven't even talked about fasting and detox yet! I will speak about intermittant and OMAD (One Meal A Day) fasting tomorrow. But for now, how to deal with hunger pangs?
The first thing is to understand the 'pangs' are wrapped up in emotional, mental and karmic conditioning. When they come up, they're actually doing you a favaour, because previously, the soft comfort of food (especially junk) was simply suppressing this buried dense energy - now it's coming to the surface, and we must allow it.
To fast, causes detox and purification. It unwinds emotional density and mental conditioning. And yes, it will bring up karma.
But even when the density is mostly gone, you may still get these pangs. Essentially, my experience, is what's happening is the triggering of "autophagy" - the body is breaking down tired and worn out cells (including cancer) to detox and release them. Also the body starts to regenerate new cells. But here's the point: the mind and emotions are no longer satisfied and interpret this feeling of "autophagy" as 'starvation'. People litterally say: "I'm starving". It's because the detox/breaking down process is beginning to happen.
The crucial thing is to EXTEND this window of autophagy as long as you can - because that's where maximum healing (and consciousness) benefit happens.
So the key is to reframe the feeling (of 'starvation'). How?
Actually it's the Breakthrough process.
You first acknowledge the feeling.
Express the feeling and then become completely intimate with it.
Become as one with the feeling so you no longer define it - you equalise with it. Now you don't need it to go away.
Once you've done this, you can realign/reframe the feeling: instead of accepting the story "i'm starving", instead, you replace it with the positive knowing: "This feeling is doing me good, it's healing and regenerating".
Now every time the feeling of 'starvation' comes up, actually you start to relish it, because you know it's doing your body good, and your consciousness, in the process.
We'll get onto the emotional/karmic reactions in due course. But for the meantime, I encourage all to work with this feeling of autophagy. Reframing how you experience it becomes massive in your Shift growth process - because it becomes a crucial key in breaking down identity layers... "I'm starving".... Who is?!
I'm off to prepare my OMAD for the day.
Chin chin.

Hi Open,
This is so synchronistic. I've been going OMAD for 1 week now. Generally I've been very interested in Pranic living lately - the concept being that we can consume our energy from other sources, not only food. There are people in this community eating very little and sometimes just liquids. What has resonated very strongly is that to make this way of consuming food sustainable it shouldn't be seen as the same as fasting. Rather it's consuming food in the right way according to your current energetic frequency or soulful exploration. So, it doesn't feel like giving up something (lack) but rather meeting your soul needs with what you consume.
Also, despite some challenges, I feel like what I'm gaining from it really outweighs what I'm supposedly giving up. And you've known me for a while and can attest to my love of food I'm sure 😆. But the feeling of lightness, clarity and connection is so divine it feels like the physical or emotional gratification of eating pales in comparison. And yes, I'm still very much enjoying my one meal.
Here are some observations:
- The mind has to reframe reality, as you spoke about with the starvation. I'm getting some reflections from worried people around me that I'm starving myself. I've had to put up strict boundaries with regard to being told this, as it can seep into the subconscious if it's repeated. I've found myself occasionally making very nutrient rich smoothies around the meal to "make sure I get enough nutrients".
- So I'd definitely say one of the biggest challenges for me is the social stigma around it. The karma of being the lone misfit came up to be worked with, completely against the crowd. So, I've been feeling increased distance to the people around me recently. That's why it's great to share here or watch inspirational videos from the pranic living community.
- I notice occasional desire to snack when I've been in denser matrix environments or have a long shift at work. I've occasionally given in to that, occasionally not. Noticing how each effects me. Watching for any kind of judgment and remembering, I'm just exploring and it's a process.
- At the moment it doesn't feel like restriction, it feels like freedom.
For sure it all feels like a reset. Recalibrating the system on all levels. . Thanks for the chance to explore!
Much love,
Rich

Healing the Hungry Raptor 🐉
Comment
Joy has been looking at some of the challenges in maintaining a healthy balanced and vegan diet for Ascension across on her thread here:
Ascension Kitchen: Plant-Based Food for 5D Consciousness
I felt to address one point here, because it pertains to this Reset Your Life in 3 Days thread perfectly. That is: how to heal the hungry raptor?
It's whereby seemingly, you simply can't get satiated with your food and want to consume ever more - going for larger portions, eating quickly and going for seconds.
There's often the sense of the raptor energy within this program, and that definitely needs to be confronted.
The raptor is all about consumption. Or completion. So can you redivert the need for consuming food into the completion of something else? It could be, for example, deep consciousness bodywork or the Openhand Bow. It could be enjoying fragrant stimulation in nature - deeply inhaling flower scents, for example. Can you at first interrupt the hunger pangs by focusing on these?
Once you do get into eating though, there are some absolute essentials to be mindful of:
- Make sure your food is nutrient dense and not junk food. With junk food, you tend to want ever more - it's designed that way! Make sure you're getting the right nutrients in your food (we'll cover this especially in the food section here in the journal).
- Shift more to protein and fat based foods in your meals rather than carbohydrate ones. There's a huge tendency in the maintream to 'fill up' with carbs: bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. But these tend to be fast processing and are digested more quickly and readily. By switching more to protein and fat based food, you tend to feel more full, need less, and it tends to process through slower. And, as the paelo approach proves, you can actually start to produce good levels of energy from fat and protein (research the paelo diet).
- Eat slowly: the raptor energy in us has the tendency to consume quickly - wanting to get satiated quickly. To interrupt these patterns is to eat more consciously and slowly, tasting and engaging with every morsal. On the Divinicus Retreat this May, we had a new chef - Andy Tibbs. The portions were measured and much smaller than one might expect, but the taste was simply delectable. It caused us all to eat much more slowly. And actually what this means is that you tend to feel the point where you're getting satiated much earlier.

What are your thoughts and experiences of this? Do share. Let's get some insightful explorations going.

Comfort Eating 🍫
In reply to Healing the Hungry Raptor 🐉 by Open
Comment
Let's also talk about comfort eating. I'd say usually we comfort eat to mitigate some emotional stress we may be feeling - especially due to the intensity of life in the Matrix.
I've especially found that we tend to want to comfort eat when the body is producing a good deal of cortisol - released from the adrenal glands due to high stress and anxiety. A lot of empathic people get this, but also those with strong dragon energies. Personally I find that if I don't address the cortisol, it tends to get deposited in the stomach and then I need to consume something to placate it.
I'm not saying don't consume. I'm saying be careful what you do consume - or else if it's junk, these tends to build long term addictions and dependencies.
Firstly, it's essential to work on the stress - why do you get stressed out? What's the need for an outcome of the situation to go a particular way? Can you identify these reactivites as they happen and 'get inside the loop' with deep breathing?
Recognise that you may have adrenal burnout. Hence the importance of this reset and all the suggestions and points of focus in it. We'll get onto Breakthrough - how you get inside the loops of reactivity as they're happening, and open out through them.
Go for as much sustenance in nature as possible - deep breathing in nature. But if you do need to consume some soul food, make sure it's healthy, and plant based. Consume it slowly, consciously, enjoying every morsal. Make sure you work past self judgment in this regard - because that creates a blind spot of shame and guilt, that actually needs more feeding!
So develop your comfort foods, yes, but make sure they're healthy ones.
Where cortisol builds in the gut, we'll also need to look at breaking that down through the application of alkalising approaches - consuming apple cider vinegar before a meal; grapes, pears, cellery, kale and avocadoes with your meals.
What's your experience with comfort eating?
On Divinicus, this was a delectable Lemon Cheescake (make from cashews not cheese) which was totally mouth watering, filling and healthy...

Hi Open,
Interesting timing… I started a detox yesterday (the mucoid plaque detox) and I really struggled to get through the day without food. I’ve completed this detox before and got through it fine but this time I’m so incredibly hungry and it’s pulling on all the threads of discomfort and identification, and possibly karma too.
Yesterday I got to early evening but felt I could no longer cope without my go-to junk food of crisps. I was craving them and all I could think about was them. It overtook me. So I went out into the garden for a reset. It worked for an hour or so until the hunger pangs came back and I was again ‘taken over’ by the apparent need to eat this rubbish food. So I gave in, went to the shop, bought some crisps and ate them. I observed myself throughout this entire process and realised there was an internal convolution but it felt too big, and maybe too scary to go there. Whatever it was, I just couldn’t go there yesterday.
The whole reason I decided to do a detox now was because the body had been crying out for it. Any food, drink, vitamin supplement, etc being consumed was causing strong nausea, to the point where I didn’t want to eat or drink anything, and if I did, there was no enjoyment due to the nausea. Predictably, the crisps caused the same internal reaction and so of course there was no enjoyment in them.
I see that this occasional habit may have become an addiction, or at least just the means by which I stifle my emotions and distract from the internal.
So I have restarted the detox today. I am already starving but rather than avoid what’s coming up as I did yesterday, I’ll work with what’s coming up. Wish me luck! 🤣

sustenance in nature

Thank you, Open, for the reflections on how to work with the hungry reptilian. This one resonated in particular:
Go for as much sustenance in nature as possible - deep breathing in nature.
Because there is this little "game" I've been playing, where I would smell flowers I met on my walks, and really draw the scent in as deeply as possible. Lilacs and roses are the best for this ~ I can literally feel the scent travel through the body and fill the lungs.
So, with that in mind, when I walked back through the forest after work yesterday, I focused on breathing deeply and consciously drawing the scents of pine and leaves and grass and forest into the body.
Seems to have worked, too: I had dinner last night, and a cup of tea, and although there was a little rumbling and grumbling about not getting more food ~ that was all. No greedy cravings, no insistence on requiring more.
Will definitely continue; and maybe the reptilian might enjoy the "game", too, of: Let's find all the amazing scents tonight! 😉🐍
Reset Your Life in 3 Days: Meditation 🧘♂️

Meditation
Increased time for meditation, and the types of approach, will be foremost to the Reset. It's a means by which we can interrupt the typical routines and daily programs we run without hardly knowing it. Here then, are some key suggestions and approaches:
Moment of Awakening: The moment you wake up is crucial for establishing how the day is now going to proceed - are you informing it with connected divine consciousness from the get go? So the very first suggestion is to sit up in bed, and spend 5 focussed minutes breathing and feeling into the body. Keep the mind open - interrupt any thoughts of what you have to do that day.
When you get out of bed, do it consciously, connect with the body with a few minutes of gentle movement and stretching. Then, connect out in nature in your garden or on the balcony if you have one. Celebrate the day with prayer and ceremony - connecting with favoured plants and trees. Greet the birds and the Sun and the elements.

Morning Meditation Time: You want to be aiming for at least 30 minutes of deep breathing meditation before you get into your day's routine. If you're already used to this, it could be anywhere up to an hour - the longer the better. If you maintain you have insufficient time before work, set your morning alarm an hour ealier - be clear you want to complete the reset and gain from it. Decide simply to do it!
The type of meditation could be the Deep Consciousness Bow, which is fantastic for clearing old energies, old constructs and getting kundalini flowing.
Lunch time Meditation: Coming up to lunch time, aim for at least another 30 minutes. If you're at work, incorporate these 30 minutes into your break. The types of meditation would be: Chakra attunement for clearing and opening; chakra toning; stretching and soulmotion-type conscious body wortk.
If you have the time, following the lunch time meal, take a short rest and then incorporate another 30 minutes sitting meditation (building up to an hour if you have the time).
Evening Meditation: This could include a walk in nature, but also at least 30 minutes of breathing meditation before going to bed. The meditation could also include reflection on the day's experiences and a breakthrough practice of any arising density (see the Breakthrough suggestions later).
Meditation Summary
So these are general sugestions for your meditations. Ideally you want to be aiming for around 3 hours per day, dispersed through the day and incorporating breathwork, chakra attunement, deep consciousness bodywork and toning for cleansing and attunement.
