Chris - I have been reading the book "Ascension". On page 138 it states "messages and reflections were speaking strongly that I had somehow been that Jesus Identity in the past life". Seems like a very appropriate conclusion to me. My question to you is. Why would anyone choose to incarnate in the lower 3D realm completely vailed as Chris apparently did, and take on the self actualization challenge when they had already self actualized in a previous lifetime ?

I am curious about the nature of the divine feminine Quan Yin and the divine masculine Metatron - the former being a Bodisatva from the Chinese Buddist tradition and the latter an Arch Angel from the Hebrew/Jewish tradition - are they actual personalities and part of the Group of Nine? Also, is the Ra entity (from ancient Egypt or before) a personality in the same way or is Open just giving these energetic, conscious entities familiar names to help us identify with them in an anthropomorphic manner?

I have a couple questions I would appreciate your thoughts on.

You've recommended meditating for long periods sometimes, especially in nature. So, if I were to meditate for 24 hours or more at a time, what would that look like? Would that mean not moving, consuming any food or water, or opening my eyes for the whole time? Or would moving a bit be alright, like leaning against a tree to stretch out, or doing some type of moving meditation?

During the breakout room with Michele today a matter that came up boils down to this:

You go down a particular road and signs and synchronisities show that you're on the right path. Now you have come to that conclusion, how do you discern further down the road whether subsequent signs and synchs are further confirmations or are placed there by intervention as subtle attempts at derailment? After all, intervention has established you now place trust in this path.

I am now at the end of month two of prioritizing spiritual growth over 3D survival. It still feels like I'm on the right path. Many things are going on, I am learning more and more about myself and recognizing/allowing the flow to move wherever it wants. There is one matter that really confuses me though.

As I said here before, after a relationship break-up I went to live with my parents. I lost almost everything I identified with, and this feeling of emptiness has left me with two choices only: either I don't live the flow fully - and so my ego fills that void with thoughts of suicide and murder - or I choose to fully live it and make great progress, as I have experienced in the past two weeks.

I'm struggling with my female partner who has borderline disorder. Yesterday, she tried suicide in 3 different ways (car, medicament overdose and knife). If I wasn't there to stop her, she would be dead by now.

Hi guys. Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I just wanted to ask if you guys can share any method that is most effective for clearing rocks and gems energetically.

Personally, I feel techniques like washing them with running water or saging or putting them in sun/moonlight etc aren't very effective for me. Salt is out of question as it can be harmful to many crystals and minerals.
