Containment of Negative Energy by Openhand

It's essential always to get into internal blockages, distortions and density, so that we may effectively process and release it. Sometimes that will involve containing it, until we have more appropriate circumstances, but definitely don't suppress and ditch. Find the right space just as soon as possible. Regress back into the situation, honour and express - then the distortion can be peeled off to allow unbridled liberation and expression of soul. It's only by freely expressing your true beingness that the presence of the One can arise through you. It leads to a life of complete authenticity, at-one-ment with the divine, miracles, mystery and magic.
