Empathic Sensitivity The Hidden Danger of Becoming a "High Empath"

Having empathy with life and others is a great spiritual gift to behold: You can sense the field, feel what someone else is feeling, and help them process through density. It's often known as the 'healer's gift'. But there are dangers with, especially, what's termed "High Empathy", where inner boundaries become so porous, that Intervention influences can enter, to then exploit situations to subtly vampire energy from others or else divert soul flows down limiting alleyways. It's essential for anyone developing these gifts to be wary.

Empathic Feeling of the Field

"High Empathy" is where someone becomes so in tune with the field that they're apparently able to read every nuance of it.

They can read others' feelings, the karmic density they may be carrying, even read people's thoughts. It's an impressive gift to embody, and can, indeed, be tremendously helpful in facilitating people through their challenges. However, there's an important caveat, and something to be especially careful of, when developing this gift:

It's a common occurrence that where a healer/intuitive's boundaries become so sensitive and open, they stop applying full discernment to the energies they're tuning in with. There's a subtle disconnect in their sovereignty, because there's too much literal interpretation of what's happening in the field. It means sophisticated entities can enter the equation. It can happen through the heartspace, for example, where there's too much blending with the field.

It often begins for a healer whereby they have challenges of "knowing what are their feelings as opposed to the feelings of others". Feelings can suddenly change, as the field sweeps over them. There's a tendency to become hypersensitive or overly emotional. These are key alarm bells to watch for, as one's inner boundaries start to become too porous. Yes, the awareness brings great insight to the field, but the risk is the person building on these empathic gifts loses personal sovereignty - they're 'blowing this way and that', with the waves of influence from the field.

This is where there's a need to take great care, especially where the practitioner is starting to use these empathic gifts to heal or to facilitate others - they then risk becoming a magnet for intervention, because they're gaining influence with others. It's where intervention can enter unseen and bind in one's field, or that of others you're working with.

Illuminating the Intervention Shadow

In recent years, here at Openhand, we've worked to illuminate the various layers of the intervention field - how humanity and the planet are being suppressed by sophisticated interdimensional entities so as to control and extract energy.

It's this 'Simulation' we're working to break away from, that's limiting and constraining through inner perceptions.

We've exposed the lead architect, Ra, and how subtle it can work in people's energy fields. The spiritual mainstream and spiritual healing practices are the last line of defence for this shadow against full awakening, so as to protect the Simulation.

We've been effective at weakening these layers. And, as the planetary energies have accelerated with the infusion of new, stronger vibrations at the beginning of 2025, then the planetary dynamic has changed greatly - the Shift is gathering pace, whereby the entity Ra can see the writing on the wall. The Shift will strip the Simulation from the planet. And so now, it appears, the agenda has changed: to "Simulate the Shift" so people think they're going with the real deal, but actually are not. Instead, their being subtly lured off into a 4D bubble-like state. And the "High Empathy" card is the most deceiving of them all.

By subtly invading a healer/facilitator's field, especially through the heart space, information and insight suddenly heightens, with seemingly 'miraculous' ability to see and sense practically every nuance of the field. Practitioners become super-sensitive with tremendous visionary capability. They become like a magnet to others wanting greater clarity in their own fields, their lives and their healing.

What I'm saying is that the "High" in "High Empathy" is often a subtle intervention, coming from a sophisticated entity in the 4D, that's able to clearly read the field, because it's intimately difused through it; from there, it can inform the practitioner through their percpetual senses, especially the heart space.

This is where the situation can become an unsuspecting honey trap for healers and those being healed.

Losing Sovereignty of Boundaries

Essentially, the gift is so compelling and fruitful, that the healer loses full sovereignty over the boundaries in their perceptions. And the person being facilitated also starts to inadvertently hand over sovereignty for their own soul's direction; they each become co-dependent on this dynamic. Now the Intervention can feed in distorting thoughts and feelings, extract energy, or divert even entire swathes of movements down blind alleyways.

They may look and feel like the real deal, but the situations are being played, right back to the Simulation bubble.

This is the final trap in the Shift. People are caused to attach to an energy, rather than the absolute Void of Presence. The energy may feel good, like "love n light", or a sense of detachment from the drama, or "safety and security". But what now happens is they start to avoid the inner confrontations with the old construct. Hence, they stop breaking through limiting karma and digging up the soul gold buried there.

Let's be clear on the crucial difference between the Golden Realm we're ascending to in 5D/6D/7D as opposed to the 4D Simulation: In the real state of the New Paradigm, the being is centred and anchored in the Void of Presence - their own Torus, which comes through complete absolution through ALL the chakras. You work into any triggering that presents, break through them by settling into the Void of Presence, whereby, you can then unravel the entangled energy.

Aligning with the Void of Presence

The crucial point being, you're aligning with the Void of Presence at the core of you, as opposed to becoming co-dependent on a subtle sense of energy - love, warmth, care, safety, or else paternalistic and maternalistic support. The latter do NOT lead to enlightenment.

They may feel good, yes, and we must also learn to be able to express these energies, as our own. But crucially, they must be coming FROM us, from the emergence of our own anchoring in the Void. It's this dependency on the external and a particular felt-sense, that can subtly slip the practitioner off into the bubble-like state, which manifests with seemingly all manner of divinity: angels, archangels, and even Ascended Masters.

It risks putting people in dependency by creating these external icons. It's a limiting dynamic I've exposed in detail in the Openhand book:

Especially now, I'm witnessing the entity Ra, which is a broad field-wide sophisticated intelligence, subtly invading people's fields to create the perceptions, visions, and desires of this 4D Simulated Shift. And "Heightened Empathy" is one key way that practitoners, and even entire communities, are being led astray.

How to deal with this deception? How to ensure, as a healer, you break free from it?

Profound Self Honesty

This is where profound self-honesty becomes essential: not avoiding flows that might take you into triggering and challenge, because apparently, 'that doesn't feel right'. The implication is that it's 'not right for the soul'. Whereas what's actually going on, is a clever internal protection mechanism for the building spiritual healer identity.

It's where true empathic feeling gets wrapped up with avoidance.

Let's be clear, the soul does not avoid certain pathways and choices because they are challenging and difficult. Actually, the reverse is true: BECAUSE they are challenging and difficult, more can be learned. There's more evolutionary possibility, especially to break down karmic density and fully integrate the soul. It means that wherever there is internal triggering because of particular choices and possibilities, actually, that's the pathway down which you need to go - because it's these crunch points through which the Golden Realm in 5D/6D/7D is truly attained. There must be no unrevealed hooks or ties that hold you back, that cause you to reincarnate into lower densities.

The challenge is that such 'high empathic' gifts can seem so compelling, and revealing of the field, that the energies of Intervention come in, attach like bindweed, and subtly divert down these blind and limiting, but seemingly cosy, cul-de-sacs.

In this movement, for example, people are put off getting involved by subtle imposition of external thoughts and feelings coming in - "don't go down there, the energy is all wrong." It's a ruse to fool the unsuspecting from doing truly revelatory work.

How can you be sure what's the right expression of energy and feeling for you? How do you not to be negatively deterred? How can you know the actual truth of the field in the moment, and how your soul really wants to navigate?

Triangulation and Hexangulation

It's important to start to master the skill of "Triangulation" and even the highly advanced "Hexangulation".

There are many gifts of awareness, insight, and guidance to work with. Beyond purely empathically feeling 'what feels right'. There are signs and synchronicity to obeserve, that reveal true objective direction of the field; there's the pure flash of higher knowing; there's nature, where reflections come from creatures that are beyond simulation influence; there's sacred geometry that can create pathways through the field; there's numerology that creates landscapes and flows (11:11 for example); then there is the clicking in of kundalini, in response to key external symbology.

We must learn to apply all of these gifts to truly navigate the truth of the moment.

So if you're feeling empathic sensitivity with the field and that seems to want to take you in a certain direction, or to avoid another pathway, it's essential to always (at first) "Triangulate": what do the signs and synchronicity say?; what is nature reflecting too? It's important not to use these as an excuse for procrastination though; we must master these gifts until they interrelate in the moment.

Once mastered, you may bring in other attunements into your navigation of the flow. You might, for example, begin with the flash of higher-knowing, that's then processed through true empathic feeling, carefully watching for signs and synchronicity, observing nature (patterns in the clouds, for example), before then picking up the flow of a kudlini-impulse that feels like an upwelling, a 'eureka moment'. This is what I call "Hexangulation".

We must even be prepared to override, interrupt or even diminish the information of a highly treasured gift, such as "High Empathy", in order that these other attunements can come through. If it really is authentic empathy with the field, it will come back again, once you've mastered the other traits and gifts.

Kundalini is the key. It's where there's a strong movement from the base, merging with inflows from the higher chakras. It gives you that crystal clear, super-alive feeling of active lucidity - an electric aliveness.

Beware though, the Intervention is even trying to simulate these impulses through the soft dopamine hits, generated in social media and on the internet. The key difference is that this Simulation happens to you, for you. As opposed to you, at the soul-level, being actively and attentively involved in the co-creation of reality.

Negating Intervention through Absolution

Where you become concerned that external entities such as Ra might be invading your field, switching focus to attune these other gifts of Triangulation and even Hexangulation will begin to negate the entity - it can't vampire energy from your field, and so it will start to detach and leave. It can't enter or stay.

Pay close attention to ALL the chakras, and make sure you're finding absolution through each of them. Pay special attention to the heartspace, by allowing field-triggering, but finding presence through it all. Make sure the crown chakra is open, so you're responding to aligned flashes of inspiration in the moment. And, make sure you're grounded through an open base chakra, so the kundlini flows can fully connect.

That way, you integrate through the all of the chakras, so appropriate coherency of the bodily field is realised, and the entity then ejected.

I've witnessed the entity also being able to manipulate signs and synchronicity - creating artificial flows, where we attach pruely to these guidance signals. Or else it gets people stuck in mind loops as they continually question the outer reality, because they've become attached to the external for signs.

True Guidance Emerges From You, Through You

Let's be clear, when you first break through triggering density and settle in the Void of Presence, then the energy of the soul emerges from you, through you, to then interrelate with the field around you. Then you can Triangulate and even Hexangulate the various observations with felt senses. Now you're truly following flows of right action, and entities such as the subtle and sophisticated Ra, cannot enter your field.

You start to break free of the limting Simulation, whereupon, you start feeling fearless, crystal-clear consciousness, and interrelation with the flow.

It's simply so vibrant and sovereign, why would you settle for anything less?!
