Hi Everyone, greetings newbies and old hands. The field called me to have a brief, but meaningful, exploration of authenticity and personal sovereignty at this time. It's fundamental to the Openhand philosophy to encourage and help build these qualities. It's all about reflecting frequencies of being that people might resonate with, and feeling those for themselves inside. The 5D Shift rolls on. And even though the greater picture might not be recognised or understood by the masses, nevertheless, it continues to influence us all, impacting every single aspect of our lives. Everything is consciousness. Everything is connected to the torsional flow which, no matter what density we find ourselves buried in, wants to compel our souls back to the source. For Gaia, the current transition means a massive shift of consciousness into the Fifth Density, which will leave no stone unturned.
Right now, I perceive we've entered what's called the "Inflexion Point" in the shift.
What is that and how might it be affecting you?...

Here in the Openhand Team we've been facing a major uphill battle as we've migrated years of data up to a new website engine, which you can see here now. It's been several months of hard graft, and the last month of which, 4am starts 6 days a week. Phew! When we did eventually go live, it was only then that a raft of configuration issues presented themselves, severely restricting the new functionality. And on top of it all, as I took to travels for the North American installment of the 5D Shift tour today, our server crashed! As I was reflecting on it all at the airport, I found myself questioning: Why work so hard? Why always push to the limit?
It made me remember the reason I began this all back in 2004....

Day by day I can feel the higher dimensional flow strengthening. It's challenging the 'normality' of life - all the subtle interrelations we allow to bind us into invisible limitation. You look out into the world, your life, and the mind goes immediately to work, computing pathways of needy expectations - judgments - about how things 'should work', often bound up with emotional anxiety about how it 'should turn out'. But what if we dare to step beyond the bounds of the comfortable? In every moment we face a choice: we can either continue to accept the limitation as the comfortable cell we live in, or, open out through the tightness and into the complete vulnerability of the moment.
What will happen if we dare to do that?

A crucial ingredient to the spiritual path, is the importance of detoxing, in order to cleanse internally and open your consciousness so as to allow higher self to infuse more fully. Detoxing is going to make you feel more light, expanded and connected - it feels like coming alive again.

We feel for you out there and send our love. How earth shattering it can be, to suddenly lose your home, your way of life and things that you might treasure. Yet for those who truly believe in a more expanded, equitable and divinely connected higher dimensional reality, then maybe we can explore such events as powerful mirrors, to begin to live the higher truth here and now; especially since the progressive transformation of our biosphere is going to increasingly affect us all.

It's a crazy world out there, but only if you focus on the shadows instead of the light breaking through. At times everyone gets a little lost on the path, a degree unsure or uncertain of the way forwards - that's entirely fine. Life is a living, breathing, growing experience. In the moments of unresolution, lies the potential for a greater resolution - the Universe is working to reveal something to you. Therefore, whenever you might feel lost or uncertain, probably the most powerful statement you can make is "Show Me!" The Universe can't, and won't, fail to answer. Yet again summer has been dry as a bone in much of Europe, igniting wild fires in France, Portugal and Spain, forcing thousands to flee, as in the popular holiday destination of Saint Tropez. And in California, record-breaking heat and fierce Santa Ana winds have caused thousands to flee their homes. As in many other places around the globe, the weather is becoming nothing short of biblical. As strange as it may at first sound, and whilst feeling deep love and empathy for those affected, how can spiritual people turn these drastic events into a positive?

What can we learn?

According to NASA scientistis, Antarctica is now melting 6 times faster in summer months than in the 1980s. I find this deeply significant in the Great 5D Shift - only a couple of years ago, plenty in the spiritual mainstream were pointing to the growth in Antarctic Ice to deny that Climate Change was warming the planet. I know this is 'inconvenient'. I know it's not the kind of thing you necessarily want to read about. But, as evolving people, I believe it's utterly essential to take note. We must attain higher dimensional consciousness by transcending the lower ones - we can do it, but to do so, we must equalise and normalise with exactly what is unfolding...

With escalating regularity a factual event now occurs in the world that shocks you awake. Like the fact that society is now consuming over 1 million plastic bottles per minute. Yes, just digest that for one moment before moving on. By 2021, that'll amount to half a trillion bottles per year - are such figures even comprehendable by the human mind? Well put it this way, at this rate, by 2050, the ocean will contain more plastic bottles than fish! Where is this all heading? What's the wider message about the society we're living in? What's the REAL solution to this insanity? Only a spiritual shift in consciousness can save mankind now...

High vibrational foods can help to expand our consciousness; help us feel the inter-connectivity of all life; help us to remember who we truly are and make us increasingly aware of ourselves on a soul level. These foods can also help to look after us on a physical level; to nourish our physical vehicle (and emotional/mental vehicles) so that we have a healthy body into which our vibrant soul can infuse.
