Most people in society believe they're making free choices, day in, day out. But really, it's mostly conditioning and addiction that's driving the 'choice'; in which case, it's no choice at all. I believe there's one truly authentic choice that we can ever make: to be aligned with the flow of the divine or not. If we are, what we're really aligning with, is an expression of beingness, upon which, the path naturally unfolds by itself. The choices become so obvious as to render them not choices at all. Just a path of light - a path of 'rightness'.

In working with Higher and Lower mind, the greatest challenge is knowing the difference between the two. Higher mind lands as a flash, "this is the way to go now". Lower is much slower and deliberating - the risk being that it controls the flow, making decisions that don't serve your true self. The key is to keep letting go to the spontaneous knowing. Let higher mind decide what to do; let lower mind decide how to do it - but definitely not what to do!

What is more valuable to you? To achieve and acquire things, to struggle for an outcome? And what do we ultimately achieve? A sense of satisfaction and completeness that is already in us! You can decide to be free, right now. You can decide to confront all the hooks that ensnare you in the drama. Coming home to this is the ultimate joy. And it is from where all truth in your life flows. You can do it. Just decide. Right now. Let go of everything - of the need for any outcome. Work at it, deep inside, and you'll do it. You come home to YOU!

How often do you hear about the need to "control your thoughts" on the evolutionary path? I observe there's a big problem with this. It really is all about the energy - about consciousness. Trying to manipulate thoughts and behaviours is only partially affective unless we feel into why they were misaligned in the first place. Or else it's just a case of the tail trying to wag the dog. So if you find yourself having misplaced thoughts, ask why? What do I need to work with and let go internally? What am I being invited to accept?

The universe is driven by balanced flows of energy - so much in, so much out. To align with this, is to give of yourself as much as your soul wishes to receive. Inequity warps spacetime around it, to ultimately unravel it. That's why when I hear the richest 62 people in the world - enough to fit on one coach - own as much wealth as the poorest 3.2 Billion, I just know in my heart an unstoppable force is building in the field to realign it. What can evolving people do? Witness. Observe. Feel. Let your expanded consciousness well up and ripple out into the world.

What is full awakening as a human being? There are all manner of internal energy flows that can be activated, which most are unaware of. The challenge is the level of distraction out there in society. It's vital to be monitoring one's energy flows - in relation to the external drama - all the time. It takes skill and practice, yes. But with commitment and attention, slowly but surely, you get to know the flows - what's happening under certain situations?

A true visionary dreams, not of anything goes or what the ego might want, but actually sees future landing now. How is that possible? We live in an interconnected 'Quantum Soup', where all moves and creates in unison, as one. A true visionary is able to feel and pick up the flow of the Quantum Soup, as an integral part of their inner landscape. They're not intending anything. How can you see 'future landing now' if your mind is already full? How can you ride the wave of interconnectivity if you're trying to make it go a certain way?

Sometimes you just really need to slow down. Maybe it's winter, and the weather's not so good. Maybe it's the end of the year or a busy period where you've processed loads; maybe you'd come through some really difficult times. You have to get to know your soul - there's a time to step on the gas pedal, and a time to 'hibernate'. Both are equally essential, if you're not to build stress and burn out. And it doesn't matter if it's only for a few hours or half a day. Don't be afraid to take your foot off the evolutionary accelerator sometimes. Nurture yourself. Slow down. Take it easy.

The journey is an inner one of course, but what does that mean exactly? And how does it relate to our outer experiences? Yous soul navigates through a multidimensional terrain, inside yourself. In that, it strikes obstacles - gets stuck by its own attachment - which then manifests reflections of these 'touch points' in the outer. But to try to deny the attachment and simply drop it, is dropping also the aligned possibility of your soul's creation. Instead, work into the attachment and unravel it - find the truth at the core of it, then express that.

Healthy relationships are evolving ones. How many people allow themselves to be stuck in the same old experiences? And it's not just about adjusting behaviourisms, finding compromises. Remember - energy bodies are built between relating people. One's energy can get stuck in limiting loops. It pays to create plenty of space, even and especially, in the most loving engagements. Find time to infuse your own soul, make space to be in your own vibe. When you stand in your truth, especially with the ones you love most, you'll find it builds better and stronger relating experiences.

Anyone truly advancing down the path of Spiritual Mastery must not expect that it will somehow build you up. The world is moving through a breaking down process, as the old systems are unwound. And the false-self ego is bound into that. It will often feel like you're being torn apart, broken down, shattered. But this is necessary to leave the old self behind. So dive over the waterfall, all in, full on. The stream will at first batter you yes. But the more you can surrender, the easier it gets.
