There's much being spoken currently about so called "Free Energy". In other words manifesting energy from the zero point field and how this might be the solution to mankind's energy problems; how it might help heal Planet Earth by developing a sustainable solution. To me it is a deceptive myth. Firstly, there is no such thing as 'free' in this context, because of cause and effect. Since all action in the universe has originated from the causality of 'everything/nothing', every action has a reaction. If I apply energy into a system, then other sentient life will be affected somewhere down the 'food chain, even if initially the impact may be unseen...

Due to escalating distractive nature of society, it's easy for the lower and higher self to get separated - to be living a life that is not truly aligned with your divine purpose. If this is happening, you'll feel dissonance internally as triggering, tightness or dis-ease.

When we embark on the mystical path of Ascension, we're essentially performing inner alchemy. Everything is consciousness, even matter and energy. They're all formed from 'elementals' of awareness. Even when people are awake to the interconnectivity of their soul, there's still varying degrees of insensitivity and identification with the physical. In other words the subtlety of the soul is getting dissipated - drowned out - within the density of Separation Consciousness. One invaluable way of dissolving this identification and catalysing our spiritual evolution - our Ascension - is through Deep Consciousness Bodywork...

There are so many questions about the human diet. Does humanity really come from a hunter gatherer heritage as traditional anthropology would have us believe? Are we meant to eat animal protein? And what about the B12 question: if on the other hand we evolved to be vegan, which to many awakening souls feels more compassionate and natural, how can we acquire sufficient B12 in our food? The subject of human diet is such a hot potato. Perhaps there's a good reason for it...

As challenging as they are, these are monumental times to be alive. Humanity is waking up from aeons of amnesia. Gaia has centred her consciousness in the Fifth Density, and powerful evolutionary transitions will unleash the earth from the restrictive and exploitative karmic energies of our past. To many, the full magnitude of what's unfolding will be challenging to grasp. It's entirely understandable. The key is to keep walking the path of the soul, leading to our Ascension by peeling away the obscurring veils. The birth of a new multidimensional humanity is beginning to unfold from the ashes of the old reality, one which I am given to call "DIVINICUS".

Gaia's shift into the Fifth Density has been timed not just for earth's continued evolution, but also to deal with an Opposing Consciousness that has intervened in the natural evolutionary path of the planet. Never has this been more evident than in the escalating agenda of the last two years. Fortunately, many more people are now prepared to consider what has previously been a taboo subject. I have had many close encounters. It's essential to understand what's going on so we may equalise with it and emerge out.

Right now, it looks like Gaia is brewing a storm. I feel aeons of suppressed energy bubbling below the surface and beginning to break free. I've seen this coming. During a car crash in 2002, I witnessed a series of spectacular visions. I saw the collapse of the old world consciousness, a cleansing of the Earth's surface and the Ascension of Mother Earth. In effect, I saw Gaia processing her 'cosmic karma'. Since then, deep communion with Gaia has clearly shown me that throughout our recent history, her Kundalini energy has been progressively suppressed, almost to the point of destruction. But now I feel her energy beginning to rise again - shifting into the higher paradigm. Here's how we can all take part:

How often do you contemplate passing on? Whether we appreciate it or not, we are all just one step away from death. In our culture, it seems to me that death has been so glamorised, fantasised and above all sanitised, that we've buried its true meaning under mountains of conditioning. It's either surrealised for Hollywood movies or pushed under the carpet of drug-induced, idealistic health-service longevity. It causes people to fear it, to deny or to ignore it. Paradoxically, such activity takes away the true meaning of life itself. It constrains and limits us. However, when we can constantly embrace the close proximity of death, without fearing it, I've discovered it's an incredible liberation. It sets us free to accept the moment fully, as it is, and to soar on the out-stretched wings of empowerment...

On the surface, our evolution step-by-step from the apes has been heavily researched and documented. Anthropologists would have us believe our original ancestors were two legged homonoids that first stood upright around 4 million years ago. And yet there are still many missing links in our fossil records. A growing lobby of independent researchers are saying for example the change from early pre-humans to Homo Erectus around 200,000 years ago was just too great and too sudden for it to be a simply natural evolutionary process. So what are our origins exactly? These are incredibly exciting times where much of our convoluted past is coming to light. Especially since we are now able to look deeper into the Human Genome...

Increasingly people within spiritual circles are becoming aware of, and speaking out about, "energetic implants" in our energy fields. Working with energy implants is indeed something we do during the Openhand course and one-on-one work. Implants are prevalent within most, if not all, human beings. They've been used as a tool by an Extra Terrestrial Opposing Consciousness in the 'dumbing-down' of humanity. It's a subject that needs to be elevated into the group consciousness more generally if we are to catalyse spiritual evolution, that we can heal humanity. So what are energetic implants?
