Great song and great video! My father once told me when I was born, the doctor held me up and my legs started going like I was running. He said I was a born runner. Which turned out to be true. I had a vision once where I was an indigenous running for their life. And I was very fast. Maybe that's why I was running when the doc held me up. Lately lyrics from the song 'Psycho Killer' keep popping up: '...you better, run run run, run run run away.' Sure hope I do.

My flight was delayed getting back from the Mexico retreat, which triggered plentiful visions of trying to escape the tumultuous Sirius Shift 120 million years ago. Back then, I'd stayed too long, spreading the messages, and got swallowed up in it all. I can say, for sure, I won't be making that mistake this time!!

It seemed highly appropriate that I should end up watching the film, "Deliver me from Nowhere"! It's a great film, that stimulated many memories. That's the incredible thing about past lives - the stories get repackaged and re-delivered in modern-day forms. Watch for what you're drawn to, because it will always reveal your past...

Whenever I feel a connection with my team, it brings tears to my eyes. I was driving through traffic—the density having a closing-down effect on my consciousness—when my phone played this track. At that very moment, I noticed a jeep in front of me with the word “Guide” written on it. You can imagine the 'afterglow' this created in my field.

What does it do for you?

It's Mexico for Openhand next. And it appears we're following in the steps of the wonderful Aurora. I trust she's opened plenty of channels for us.

What Star Being vibes do you get from Aurora? I pick up at least three...

And here's one of her great tracks... Running with Wolves:

As I explained today, you might be experiencing some discombobulation due to strong solar infusions on the Earth right now. And there's some degree of turbulence at the surface level.

It's often essential, therefore, to pause, breathe and feel the grace of the divine. That's what I get from this new video by Mei Lan and Ali Pervez Mehdi. Let it soothe your soul...

I find myself beautifully soothed by the music of Anima these days - which is appearing a good deal at the Openhand events and gatherings.

In all the hubub of the world around us, settle back a while, breathe, and fall into yourself...

We're speaking of time running out as we turn the gears in the Great Planetary Shift.

This Pink Floyd song I find speaks so eloquently about that...

Dancing in ascension

Feels like dancing on a grave

Heart and sacral need attention

Now’s the time to be brave

The wondrous beauty of this earth

Feels heavy in sacrifice

The joy and pain of rebirth

Will not be a roll of the dice

As military jets fly over

I am reminded why I awoke

It felt like a heavy surrender

But my dedication made it bespoke

This bitter sweet symphony that’s life

Is transforming before our eyes

Let’s choose to dance instead of strive

As ascension is the prize 💖🌟

This song came to me as i explored my current issues with authenticity. I find it deeply touching and meaningful, and though in my case i could change the words to "...say what you MEAN to say...", it still conveys the sentiment well. Namaste

No doubt the challenges are the forging of us, and after challenging but rewarding regressions, i feel ive moved enough past key obstacles to see for myself it is indeed time to start making that journey back home. This song just popped in my head and for me really embodies the anticipation and joy of the homecoming. So heartfelt. Hope you enjoy! namaste and love, barb, sylvanheart
